THE GOOD WOLF
Original Documentary
Paralyzed from the waist down in a 2015 accident, competitive Crossfit athlete Mino Solomon shares a raw and powerful look at how he fought against letting that half-a-second define his life...
It would have been easy to share Mino’s journey as a straightforward recovery story: 18 months from his accident he started and completed his MBA. He got 4th in the Crossfit WheelWOD Open. He’s gone skiing, skydiving, and canoeing — which are pretty scary even when you CAN use your legs.
But we wanted to uncover a deeper story by asking a simple question: how?
And it was this question that grounded us, and allowed Mino to share an honest look at the most difficult time of his life in hopes that he could make a difference in someone elses life.

Unless you or a family member have been affected by disability - odds are you have no idea how much it turns life upside down.
But it also doesn’t mean life is over.
By sharing Mino’s story as one of strength and adaptation not just in the gym, but as a life view, I hope to give people hope and courage to continue fighting their own battles - regardless of what they are.
